Users must conduct their own research and due diligence before making any purchases. Al3abi.net is not responsible for any issues arising from transactions between users and vendors, including but not limited to product quality, non-delivery, refunds, or any other disputes.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for listing their products accurately and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. Al3abi.net is not liable for any inaccuracies or legal violations by vendors.
Vendors must handle all customer inquiries, disputes, and refunds directly. Al3abi.net does not facilitate or intervene in any transaction between vendors and customers.
Vendors receive payments directly from customers. Al3abi.net does not process or manage vendor payments. Vendors agree to release Al3abi.net from any liability related to payment processing.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

Al3abi.net is not responsible for how vendors collect, use, or manage user data. Users should review the privacy policies of individual vendors to understand their data practices.
Al3abi.net does not guarantee the security or privacy of any data shared with vendors on the platform. Users and vendors assume all risks associated with data sharing.

6. Fraud and Scams

Al3abi.net does not take responsibility for any fraudulent activities or scams perpetrated by vendors. Users must exercise caution and report any suspicious activities to Al3abi.net.
In case of any reported scam activity, the vendor in question will be automatically banned from the platform. Al3abi.net does not guarantee the recovery of lost funds or resolution of fraud cases.
